This translates into relief for the client from a myriad of conditions such as anxiety, insomnia, digestive problems, depression, TMJD, fibromyalgia, arthritis, sciatica and even scoliosis to name but a very few.
Clients experience a deep relaxation with this treatment as well as increased energy, reduced pain, increased immune function and faster recovery from surgery, injury and oncology treatments.
Albeit a very gentle touch, it is possible to go much deeper in to the body’s tissues with CST than it is with massage therapy.

A treatment for extreme muscular tension/pain. Although a full body treatment, specific areas of discomfort will be targeted for release.
Strategic deep tissue techniques are applied where necessary, along with cupping, therapeutic stretching, myofascial release and fascia blasting for collagen and connective tissue regeneration.
Essential oils & warm infused towels are used for pain relief and for their restorative properties specific to the areas of discomfort.

Energy Balancing
With a solid background in energy work, various modalities are offered including Reiki, Therapeutic Touch, Hands on Spiritual Healing, and Chakra balancing.
These sessions are extremely relaxing and calming and can be used when massage or craniosacral therapy is contraindicated. Phantom limb pain responds very well to this type of work.

Personal Space Clearing
This service is for clearing out both stagnant or overcharged areas; its like opening the windows to clear a room except for energetic clearing.
Physical spaces hold and carry the ungrounded emotional energies that have been released there. These energies settle like house dust in our personal spaces, especially in areas of past or recurring stress or trauma.
If you feel something isn’t quite right energetically about your space it likely needs an energetic sweep.
